6.1 Update vcpa-pipeline bitbucket contents

Users should update the VCPA bitbucket code first (to include the latest bug fixes) before processing their samples. To download the VCPA bitbucket code, which is available at https://bitbucket.org/NIAGADS/vcpa-pipeline/overview

In the tracking database instance, type the following:

a) download the code: git clone https://bitbucket.org/NIAGADS/vcpa-pipeline.git

b) enter into the code directory cd /path/to/vcpa-pipeline

c) use this specific branch git fetch && git checkout awsimagecomments
