Users should update the VCPA bitbucket code first (to include the latest bug fixes) before processing their samples. To download the VCPA bitbucket code, which is available at https://bitbucket.org/NIAGADS/vcpa-pipeline/overview
In the tracking database instance, type the following:
a) download the code:git clone https://bitbucket.org/NIAGADS/vcpa-pipeline.git
b) enter into the code directory cd /path/to/vcpa-pipeline
c) use this specific branch git fetch && git checkout awsimagecomments
